All rates are per day in CHF including the rich buffet breakfast, free access to our Wellness Club Sassa, services and VAT.
The rates in Euro are indicative and subject to exchange fluctuation.
All rooms are equipped with bath/shower, TV/Modem, Wireless, safe, minibar, air conditioning and have balcony or terrace.
On extra payment:
All the taxes are excluded as per CHF 3.15 / € 2.00 per person a day
Extra bed: for each extra bed we will charge CHF 110.00 / € 71.00 per person, per day
Children: Children are free of charge until 5 years old sharing the parent’s room. From 6 to 12 years we charge CHF 70.00 / € 46.00 per child, per day
Porter service: for groups and for individual with more than 3 pieces of luggage we will extra charge CHF 5.00 / € 3.00 per piece at the check-in and the check-out.
Parking: outdoor parking costs CHF 15.00 / € 10.00 per car per day. The garage costs CHF 25.00 / € 17.00 per car per day.
Dog: CHF 25.00 / € 17.00 per day without food
SPA treatments: personal training as well as solarium are to be settled separately.
Room service: minibar as well as any additional services not mentioned in the above contract have to be considered as extra charge.
Cancellation and no-show conditions:
When booking a credit card number is required as guarantee.
In
the event of late cancellation (see terms in the section below) or
no-show, a charge will be applied in accordance with the cancellation
policy set out below.
Cancellation policy:
Individual bookings for rooms
48 hours before the arrival date, no charge
after this time limit, guests shall be charged the full amount according to the number of days booked
Group bookings
With prior notice of at least 4 weeks, no charge
With prior notice of 3 weeks, 25% of the full amount according to the number of days booked, shall be charged
With prior notice of 2 weeks, 50% of the full amount according to the number of days booked, shall be charged
With prior notice of 1 week, 70% of the full amount according to the number of days booked, shall be charged
With prior notice of 4 to 6 days, 80% of the full amount according to the number of days booked, shall be charged
With prior notice of 0 to 3 days, the full amount according to the number of days booked, shall be charged

The deposit policy
Bookings for rooms and apartments
In the event of failure to supply a credit card number, we require a
deposit equal to the total of the number of days booked. Payment of
this deposit must be made at least one week prior to the arrival date.
Group bookings
A deposit equal to 75% of the total of the number of days booked must be paid in advance one month before the arrival date
We
reserve the right to apply a deposit policy equal to payment of the
total (100%) of the number of days booked in the event that the
structure is almost fully occupied.
Bookings for long-term apartments
The first monthly payment must be made in advance one month before
the arrival date. Whilst, for monthly bookings of more than one month’s
duration, the subsequent monthly payments must be made in advance no
later than the first day of the month
