The Wellness Club Sassa is always eager to keep abreast of the latest in fitness courses, and every year we introduce at least one new activity without neglecting those "historical" ones which for our members are irreplaceable. Similarly, during the year other activities are offered in addition to the gym, especially those practiced outdoors: skiing, golf, mountain biking, running, sailing and canoeing.
For companies who believe in "team work", the Wellness Club Sassa provides the "Corporate Wellness" project, a project designed to improve productivity, starting from the human resource: the individual.
